Coming from Tahiti (French Polynesia), Teahu began his journey in the industry early in his parent’s restaurant business. Highly motivated and genuinely passionate about his profession Teahu is driven by commitment and professionalism. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in hospitality, Fine-dining, and Bar-Management across Europe, China & Middle East.
Teahu has spent over ten years in Europe, where he had the opportunity to challenge himself with various world-renowned brands in the industry which include Hakkasan, China Tang at The Dorchester, Zuma, Cirque le Soir before extending his reach to China & Middle East to work on high-end projects alongside Richemont Group, LVMH Group, Four Seasons Hotel, Novikov International to name a few.
When the call came in to join forces for the R.O.T. project, it was without hesitation that Teahu accepted to be part of a team of professionals who share a combined international expertise and are all driven by the same passion & values for the restaurant industry.
