Santiago began his first steps in the industry at an early age, just after finishing his studies. From the very first moment, he knew that what he enjoyed and what made him very happy was the guest interaction in addition to providing great service and seeing the final outcome on customer satisfaction. He has worked in some of the city’s most prestigious restaurants and has rapidly opened-up new horizons outside his city, like Ibiza and the Costa del Sol.
Santiago had the honour to work with the brothers Ferran & Albert Adriá on Heart Ibiza & Cirque du Soleil as well as with Martin Berasategui in Etxeko Hotel Bless Ibiza.
At the international level, he also worked for several years at the Novikov Restaurant & Bar London, where he acquired further training and training in knowledge and skills. Recently, he was part of the management team of Novikov Restaurant & Bar in Riyadh Oasis, Saudi Arabia.
Santiago is identified by his humility and transparency when it comes to developing his functions as a Manager and gives great importance and value to teamwork. He has great potential for staff training, and assertive communication and attaches great importance to sharing his experience with others, one of the fundamental pillars of R.O.T.
