Emmanuele has been working in the industry from a young age, soon after completing his courses and graduating from the “Hotel Management School” in Italy. In his hometown, Naples, He worked at Hotel Romeo 5*, then moving to Rome where he worked at “Hotel Gran Melià 5*”Villa Agrippina, at “Restaurant Vivavoce” run by Michelin Start Chef Don Alfonso Iaccarino as well as “Boutique Hotel St George” (owned by Indigo Group). While in Rome Emmanuele also studied at “L’Association Italienne du Sommelier”

10 years ago, he moved to London and continued working in the industry in some of the best “High-End” venues in town, to mention a few “The Ritz Hotel 5*”, “Harry’s Bar” (private member’s club owned by the Caprice holding), “Ginza Onodera St. James “as well as the Michelin-starred Award-winning “Hakkasan Restaurant”. Over the past six years, he has worked as Manager at “Novikov Restaurant and Bar” in a hybrid role of Sommelier and Floor Management team. While in London he obtains a graduated “Level 3 at W.S.E.T school Wine and Spirit Education Trust”.

Recently, he was part of the management team of “Novikov Restaurant & Bar” in Riyadh – Oasis, Saudi Arabia.

Emmanuele can be regarded as a passionate and hardworking individual, combining his personal charisma with strong leadership. He joins the R.O.T. project, which aims to contribute and support high-level creation and execution operations. He believes that only those who have a clear vision, strong communication, leadership, and blended knowledge would be able to achieve their goals.
