Emilie is a native of France where she studied from 2000 to 2005 at Lycée Professionnel Auguste Escoffier in Eragny, near Paris. There she obtained two diplomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Service & Hospitality with a Professional degree in the Bars. She also worked and was formed at prestigious establishments such as Café de la Paix, Opéra, Pavillon Ledoyen 3 Michelin Stars Restaurant, Four Seasons George V Hotel 5*, Paris and Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel 5*. In 2006, she experiences her first opening and summer season at Benkirai Hotel 4* in St Tropez, following by a winter season in Courchevel 1950 at Courcheneige Hotel 4*.
Emile moved to London in 2007 at the age of 22 to learn the language and continue her career, growing from waitress positions all the way up to General Manager roles. She has gained a solid experience working in some of the best “high-end” Asian restaurants in town such as Buddha Bar, Nobu Park Lane, and Novikov Restaurant & Bar London. She has also been involved in multiple openings where she has acquired a wealth of business and operational development skills. To mention a few Ivy Club (a private member club owned by Caprice Holding), Baku Bistro, a Luxury Shisha Bar as GM, and Flesh & Buns Fitzrovia as GM.
Being someone who has been passionate about hospitality for more than 22 years, among her best skills are included, Guest relationships, Staff trainings, Providing high standards of service, as well as deep knowledge in Health & Safety regulations, EPOS database management, Finance and New openings.
