Begoña is a native of Las Palmas, Canary Island. After graduating from high school, she began her career in the restaurant industry by working in a few restaurants in her own city. Soon discovered her taste for hospitality, dealing with clients and good food was something she wanted to learn more about. She didn’t wait too long until she decided to study for “Restaurant Management and Administration”. She has been working on herself ever since to improve her knowledge of Food and Service.
Throughout her professional life, she worked in some of the best international brand restaurants such as “Nobu” Ibiza. Begoña reached an important milestone when she moved to London in 2017 to discover other cultures, learn new languages and pursue her career. There, she worked for three years at the “Novikov Restaurant & Bar” in London”, and more recently as part of the management team at “Novikov Restaurant & Bar” in Riyadh Oasis, Saudi Arabia, where she developed and gained valuable experiences.
Begoña has become passionate about good food and good service. She gives a lot of attention to details, being extremely meticulous about everything she does. She is a strong team leader with the ability to motivate her teams to help them achieve better performance and reach their objectives. She also likes to share her knowledge and enthusiasm which are the main values and principles of the R.O.T. project.
