Pavel began his career in the industry at lower levels and worked his way up the ladder to become a manager. Through all these experiences, he had the opportunity to learn and have a good perspective of the inside, as he plays all these roles enthusiastically and takes the maximum of every one of them. Due to his personality and charisma, he is able to deal with all kinds of guests; being the “upscale” customers he loves to deal with the most. He truly enjoys networking and finding successful collaborations, being also a great communicator. He places a lot of emphasis on treating staff properly to motivate and develop them as good team members.
Pavel has served as a “team member” and also part of the “opening team” in a few countries such as the UK, Italy, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands. Pavel’s career highlights have been “Novikov Brand” working in “Novikov Restaurant & Bar “ in London, “Novikov Porto Cervo”, “Novikov Doha” and recently part of the management team of “Novikov Restaurant & Bar” in Riyadh Oasis, Saudi Arabia.
His ability to take on multiple tasks and achieve results quickly makes him a good asset to the team. He has participated in “Business Plan Creation”, “Brand Books”, “Social Media”. He also enjoys “photography” and “Graphic design”, having his own company for several years. He is delighted to be involved in the R.O.T. project where he hopes to contribute his experience, creativity, pasion and skills to a successful history.
