Liubov began her professional career as an administrator in a factory in her home country, Ukraine. During this period of her life, Liubov tried and collaborated with important companies and businessmen, which provides her with valuable business experience. Later, in his hometown, he graduated in “Mathematics”, “Statistics” and “Psychology”.
Liubov moved to Dubai in 2018 to discover other cultures, learn new languages and pursue her career. There she made her first steps in the restaurant business and quickly realized that this world was something that appealed to her. She has therefore invested more in it and over time, she has acquired solid experience working as part of the Reception & Reservations team in some of the best “high-end” restaurants in town such us “Zuma – Dubai”, and recently taken on a great challenge when she was responsible for two restaurant reception teams while in “Novikov Restaurant & Bar” in Riyadh – Oasis, Saudi Arabia.
She currently works as a trainer in leadership and personnel development in this sector using her acquired knowledge and her goal is to create work teams capable of adding value to the restaurant business. Liubov place particular emphasis on helping each team member to empower their natural talents and use them to grow personally, in line with R.O.T.’s principles and values.
